1. Digital Content & License
- All products are sold as digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.
- Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or professional use.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original files with third parties.
2. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds (EU Consumers)
- According to EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the download or streaming has started.
- By purchasing our digital products, you expressly consent to begin the performance of the contract immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
- Refunds are only issued if the digital file is proven to be defective or not as described.
3. Pricing and VAT
- All prices are listed in EUR.
- In compliance with EU VAT rules, the tax rate applied depends on your country of residence and will be calculated at checkout.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- You must ensure that your device meets the technical requirements to open the files (e.g., having a Canva or Notion account).
5. Limitation of Liability Minshub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital products.
